These Terms govern your use of QuickBookedAI services operated by Nomad Holding Group (Pty) Ltd (trading as QuickBookedAI), Registration No: 2025 / 815721 / 07.

1. Service Description

QuickBookedAI provides AI-powered receptionist services including call handling, appointment booking, call routing, and communication automation for businesses.

2. Billing and Subscriptions

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle through our payment gateway. Pricing and currency are shown at checkout. You authorize recurring charges until cancelled.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period unless required otherwise by local law.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use the service for unlawful activity, harassment, fraud, spam, or any use that violates telecom/privacy regulations in your jurisdiction.

5. AI Disclosure

You are responsible for disclosing to callers when they are interacting with an AI assistant where required by applicable law.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QuickBookedAI is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding billing period.
