QuickBookedAI is operated by Nomad Holding Group (Pty) Ltd (trading as QuickBookedAI), Registration No: 2025 / 815721 / 07.
1. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.
2. Refund Window
You may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or renewal date. Refund requests submitted within this 14-day window will be approved and processed promptly.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email justin@quickbookedai.com with your account email and the reason for your request. We will process your refund within 5–10 business days.
4. Charge Disputes
If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at justin@quickbookedai.com. Payments are processed by our payment gateway and disputes may also be raised directly through the payment provider's buyer support.
